Things to know
- Class prices vary – click on each listing above for full details which appear in a pop up.
- Please arrive about 10-15 minutes before your class starts, to sign in and get settled. Classes start promptly. Thanks!
- Wear loose, comfy clothes that you are comfortable moving around in.
- Drink lots of water before and after classes to keep your body hydrated and help flush out toxins. Also refrain from eating approximately an hour or so before class.
- If you are coming to class with your babies, please use a sling or bring your buggies upstairs into the studio, as parking downstairs is limited – thank you!
