Yoga Mamas we offer an all round approach to conceiving; through Yoga, Sedona Method and  Nutrition workshops. Here’s how:

  • Take classes in Yoga to stimulate the organs and bring in health and vitality to the body & calmness to the mind, aiding overall well-being and readiness.
  • Take part in Sedona Method workshops with Maya Zack to release fears and holding on to emotions and the negative aspect of trying – booking essential.
  • Support this with a Healthy Eating To Conceive workshops with Anja Liebe for an all round balanced approach.

This helps to:

  • Stimulate the vitality in the body
  • Clear negative energy and holding patterns
  • Clear negative beliefs and beliefs surrounding being stuck in the ‘trying’ to conceive
  • Encourage release of mental and emotional tensions
  • Encourage relaxation
  • Develop techniques to help use visualisation and positive affirmations
