A warm welcome to Dante Munro Bernasconi born on Tuesday 17 April at 3.25 pm weighing 8lb 5 oz, and congratulations to mum Dotti.
Dotti says: “I can’t thank you enough for your superb training! Dante was born after a very civilized six and a half hour labour. I remembered all you taught me especially the focus and breathing and got through it with only gas and air and a tens machine, it was an incredibly empowering experience.
“I managed to get to 8cm dilated at home with only Tens and yoga. The midwife congratulated me saying it was a model labour and she wished shed filmed me for training! Birthed in a deep squat which was fab. All doing well now, home, happy and relaxed! You are an absolute star, thankyou, and will see you soon for post natal yoga!”
