We have created a lovely, sunny loft studio offering classes, workshops and talks for mums & dads to-be, new parents, babies, toddlers and preschoolers.

Set in the heart of Brighton’s North Laines, our gorgeous, sunny studio is the perfect place to improve your overall health & well-being.

Preparing to Conceive

We can help you to prepare physically, mentally & emotionally for conception, pregnancy and birth. We offer bespoke 1-2-1 packages in yoga, nutrition and Sedona Method.

Pregnant

Specialists in Pregnancy Yoga since 2006, Yoga Mamas has worked with 2000+ women across Brighton and is now delighted to say we are even recommended by Midwives as well!  Classes are suitable for complete beginners and we run them nearly every day of the week, morning, noon and night… well, evening really!

Preparing for Birth

We are passionate about birth!! Join us for our monthly, Preparing For Birth workshop. Where couples come together with Yoga Mamas, Clare Maddalena, and guest midwife to go through all you need to know to prepare for birth.

Our Hypnobirthing Course run monthly also – sign up early to receive a discount. Or get in touch if you are looking for a Doula to support you throughout birth.

Giving much needed tools to empower mums-to-be, to welcome and enjoy birth, as the natural process it is!

Post Natal

The post natal phase can last up to 2 years (yikes!!) so it is really important new mums take time out to build up strength and fitness and bring in calm, whilst energising yourself and have some fun.

Check out ‘Bring Baby Too’ Postnatal Yoga classes and the nurturing Mother & Baby class. Once strong enough, progress on to Yoga: Fit For All. And pop along with your baby to the Mamas & Babas Monday Meet Up (by donation) try some yoga, relaxation and hear from visiting guest experts. Or take some Baby Massage classes. Lots of lovely things going on for new mummies here.

Brighton Yoga host a monthly Satsang gatherings and Sunday Sangha’s happen monthly too! We also have Free Talk Fridays, offering classes, talks and workshops mostly on Fridays, for FREE!!

Each month, Sunday afternoon’s transform Yoga Mamas into Space, our well-women’s clinic, for all your relaxing bodywork treatments. Book in now and treat yourself.

We’re at the Baby Expo!!

Yoga Mamas is running a FREE Preparing For Birth slot – at the Baby Expo on Sun 30th June, 2.15-2.45pm, at Brighton Race Course.

Pop along and see me and hear about how the Yoga Mamas techniques of birth breathing, movements, visualisations and positive thinking can really help and enhance your birthing experience. Expectant couples & Pregnant Women welcome.
